Juice Fasting is proven to prevent, suspend and even reverse disease. It has endless health benefits, and will leave you feeling rejuvenated, with more energy and a clearer mind. Fasting reduces the amount of free radicals in your body and renews your immune system through the regulation of stem cell production.

Fasting triggers autophagy (mitophagy in the mitochondria), a process that cleans up damaged cells and reduces inflammatory response.


1.) Drink large glass of warm water with 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon first thing in the morning, herbal teas
2.) Juice – whatever fresh vegetables, greens, herbs and fruit you would like to add (4 -6 large glasses a day) 80% vegetables and 20% fruit (juice a rainbow of colors)
3.) Warmed vegetable broth with a pinch of cayenne pepper
4.) Spring or filtered water, fresh squeezed lemon water (room temperature)
5.) Walk 1 mile a day and do yoga or stretching (no strenuous exercises)
6.) Coconut water (pure, no flavors) OR electrolytes (if you’re tired: check blood     pressure, if it’s low, eat a little Himalayan Pink Salt)
7.) Probiotic
8.) REST (is essential) and RELAX ~ (very important — your body is healing and rejuvenating)

● Set the alarm on your cell phone to go off every 2 hrs (to drink something). You drink water, juice, lemon water, coconut water, herb tea and vegetable broth throughout the day
● More leafy GREEN vegetables the better (no disease can set in an alkaline body) – organic fruits and vegetables are ideal

● Juice can be stored separately in small glass jars (less air in jar the better, fill empty space with water or coconut water) can last 3 days max. Cold pressed is ideal

1 to 30 days fast- whenever you choose to stop. You will need 2 extra days to slowly transition food to your system. Breaking the fast is critical and should be done very slowly. Do not over eat!!

● 5th day of fast you can do a liver, gallbladder flush (instructions below) this can be done every 2 weeks
● Last day of fast: you eat an apple along with all the fasting juices and water. 2nd day you eat small amounts of: steamed vegetables, brown rice, apple and juices. 3rd day back to a regular healthy diet

● How much protein can I expect to drink during my Fast? Green juices in particular are rather rich in protein. If you would like to add more protein spirulina or pea protein is a good choice. I don’t recommend adding more protein except if you are fasting 15 or more days
● Add more nutrients to your juice: chlorella, wheat grass, hemp seeds, apple cider vinegar and organic ground ginger, clove, cinnamon, turmeric

– Get massages (this will help move toxins through your body), lymphatic drainage massage is ideal
– Take saunas and steam room therapy… sweat any way you can to get toxins out
– Tongue scrapper (small spoon)
– Dry brush massage for exfoliation, before you get in the shower: brush skin in a circular motion starting on your feet and up your body to your heart
– Dead sea salt baths or Epson salt

In a big soup pot add:
Fill pot 3/4 way with water
11 carrots/roughly chopped
Whole head of celery – roughly chopped
Whole “bunch” of parsley – roughly chopped
Onion – cut in half
Whole tomatoes in juice (squeeze tomatoes)
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
1/8 head of cabbage
● This is what I use. You can change it up and add any fresh vegetables, pulp from juicing, leafy greens and spices that you like. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 hour, let cool, then strain and discard vegetables. Refrigerated broth will last up to 4 days (store in glass jars). Drink heated broth with a pinch of Cayenne pepper. You can drink all the broth you like throughout fast.. Organic vegetables are ideal.

To make sure released toxins from fast don’t get reabsorbed into your blood stream, (you must go at least once a day) drinking the juices will make you go, if not: drink herbal laxative teas (senna), drink coconut water, magnesium citrate (Calm – buy small packets at health food store), salt colon flush, go for colon hydrotherapy. Colon Hydrotherapy the day/night before you start Juice Fast or take a laxative (dulcolax). During fast; if your bowels move, you will not need to do anything. The better the elimination, the more RAPID the results will be.

Day #1 at night around 6pm take a salt colon flush (recipe below) on an empty stomach…several eliminations will occur. Around 10 pm, before you go to bed take juice of 1/2 grapefruit and add 1/2 cup organic cold pressed olive oil and pinch of cayenne pepper. Shake it up and drink… Go to bed…Day #2 upon arising take another salt colon flush.

Prepare a full quart of lukewarm water and add two tablespoon of Dead Sea Salt OR Epson Salt. Drink the entire quart of salt and water. This must be taken on an empty stomach. The salt and water will not separate but will stay intact and quickly and thoroughly wash the entire tract in about one hour. Several eliminations will likely occur. The salt water has the same specific gravity as the blood, hence the kidneys cannot pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt.

The fast itself is foolproof. It WILL work!!
